Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on Examzify and governs digital products and subscription-based services. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any purchases, including:

  • Digital PDF downloads
  • Subscriptions or memberships (monthly, multi-month, or annual)
  • One-time digital purchases or add-ons

Examzify course content is available to access and review for free on our website. Purchasing a PDF or subscription is optional and intended to provide convenience and/or additional features. Because the core content is available prior to purchase, we do not provide refunds after a purchase is completed.

Our products and services are delivered digitally and may provide immediate access upon purchase. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed or once access has been granted.

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges (if applicable to your plan). Cancellation stops renewal but does not result in a refund for fees already paid. Access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or suspect an unauthorized charge, please contact us promptly. While we do not offer refunds, we will investigate billing errors and, where appropriate, correct them (for example, duplicate charges).

If you experience issues accessing a PDF, subscription features, or course materials, contact us and we will help troubleshoot. This includes login/access issues and re-delivery of digital files if needed.
